UNDERSTANDING CLIENT NEEDS

Just like people and their needs are different, every home loan solution is different; there is no 'one-size-fits-all' solution and sometimes, that's why working with a broker is so important.

 

It's our job to work closely with you to really understand what you need and to consider all the factors affecting the home loan, so we can facilitate a suitable solution with a respected lending institution.

Doctors Peter and Judy Cass*are both successful medical professionals in Sydney, Peter a Urologist and Judy an Anaesthetist. Both have worked for more than a decade in their field and have enjoyed both stable employment and respect from their peers.

​

When the Casses approached us, they were looking for $6 million loan to refinance their existing property and purchase a new property. The catch was, despite their employment history and success, their bank had declined them the loan because they'd recently had a change in circumstance.

We worked with the Casses to understand their new situation -- they were just as financially reliable as they always had been, with no shortage of opportunities, but with a view to setting themselves up for the future, the two had recently decided to change their employment status from full-time to self-employed. Both doctors continued to work full-time, but their bank focused on the 'self-employed' and deemed them unsuitable for a home loan of $6 million when they couldn't produce two years of financial reports.

After being rejected and becoming uncertain of whether they would be able to proceed with a refinance and further purchases, or if they would need to choose between their property and their career goals, they not only received the finance they needed, Bang also managed to save them approximately $7,000 in interest per year!
